In August of 1984, financial hardships had taken their toll on the fraternity houses on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. No one was willing or knowledgeable enough to assist the house boards and undergraduate residents in building a strong economic base. It was with this goal in mind, to provide business acumen to that student housing, that BMOC, Inc. was started. Since that humbling beginning, BMOC has received national exposure for sharing the lessons that the company has learned, and continues to learn, about bringing success to student housing nation wide.
We manage from coast to coast have over 300 employees, nine communities and over 4,000 beds managed and 2,000 beds under development with our partners. We do not own any student housing investments, nor or owner partner
