My name is Brooke Eller Heider, and I am a graduate of Cleveland School of Massage and Advanced Bodyworks in Solon, OH. My goal as a massage practitioner is to educate people on the benefits of positive touch and to help relieve their pain and stress so they can enjoy life. I believe the benefits of massage will slow the body down in our fast-paced world. It aids in digestion, slows down the heart and breathing, and releases hormones that relax the body. What could be better?
