The Lynnfield Family Center provides Divorce Mediation Services and Family Counseling.
Mediation is a confidential, voluntary form of structured negotiation to help clients reach an informed agreement with the assistance of an impartial mediator. The Lynnfield Family Center specializes in helping couples and partners separate in a non-adversarial enviornment. Mediation can often be completed in 3-10 mediation sessions, depending on the complexity of issues. Clients work with a licensed psychotherapist on parenting and emotional issues in a supportive environment. Clients may work with a Certificed Divorce Analyst and Financial Planner to help negotiate the financial issues surrounding the separation and divorce process. The goal of mediation is to reach a fair and lasting agreement, one which will be approved by the appropriate court and all the clients to divorce.
