We are a law firm representing cndominium and homeowners' associations in Florida. We emphasize cost effective client friendly collections.
Representing condominium and homeowner associations throughout Florida, for almost 30 years. We emphasize cost effective collection processes. We also provide general counsel, contract review, amendment and rule preparation, and covenant enforcement.
As part of the collection process, Mr. Tankel frequently compromises his fees and even advanced costs so that a debtor can stay in the home. Many people do not understand their liability for non-payment, so all they have to do, generally is contact his office and his staff often write off legal fees so an owner may stay in a home.
In addition, Mr. and Mrs. Tankel are committed Zionists, helping to build a state of the art hospital in Jerusalem with Hadassah.
