New Bay Foundation is a non-profit org. that was formed due to the need of a third party supervised visitation center in the Bullhead City, Arizona community.
The supervised visitation program allows for a child to have a safe visit with a parent when there has been a court order for a parent to have supervised visitation. Visits last in duration from one hour to a maximum of four hours per visit.
The safe exchange program allows for a parent who has an order of protection or is not comfortable during the exchange of visitations due to arguing with the other parent be able to adhere to court orders. New Bay presonnel transfers the child from one parent to another within a short vacinity so neither parent talks to each other.
