Nestled in downtown Carrizozo, NM, across the street from its sponsor, the Carrizozo Woman's Club, current tenants range in age between 60 and 90, all of whom are still pretty sharp and active.
The property manager and the maintenance man live near the complex, and we work hard to keep Casa Manana in good working order so there are few things that go broke in the night!
