About Cilie Yack's Sous Club for Kids, Inc.
We are a tax deductible non-profit organization for kids w/ food allergies. We provide materials for families who want to start neighborhood clubs.
Our mission is to get kids eating healthy, allergy-free foods and loving it through a social cooking club that serves the needs of children on restrictive diets due to diagnosed auto immune disorders, neurological disorders, and/or food allergies and intolerances. Our club focuses on gluten-free cooking and uses recipes that are free from the top eight allergens and corn in all our curriculum materials to widen the scope and effectiveness of the program.
