Coaching is personal and private! This is of the highest importance, as it creates an atmosphere where an authentic and trusting relationship can truly develop. A Coaching conversation usually takes place on the telephone, but not always. This is so that it can easily be fit into the client's already busy schedule. Each Coaching session lasts approximately 50 minutes and all sessions are pre-scheduled, for convenience. The Coaching environment is relaxed and casual, like a breath of fresh air! The Coach 'encourages, nudges, empowers' your own process as you engage in making the decisions, and taking the steps necessary for your travel, perhaps only one small step at a time, across the bridge from where you are to where you choose to be. This is a learning experience, challenging and FUN.
