Transitions is a professional group of social workers dedicated to providing quality behavioral counseling and mental health services to youth, families, and adults in the Greater Kansas City Community who are struggling with emotional, behavioral and/or mental health challenges of daily life.
Here at Transitions Counseling Services, our goal is to help individuals and families make the transition from hurting emotionally to being emotionally healthy and resilient. It is our belief that when individuals and families in a community are emotionally healthy and resilient, they build strong and resilient communities and a future generation of young people that will be able to sustain our community.
