We are a patient advocacy that provids a service to help people in need get prescriptions through U.S. drug assistance programs.
Freedom Prescription Services is a Non-Profit Corporation that helps low income individuals of ALL AGES, with & without drug benefits, enroll and receive free to almost free prescriptions through U.S. Drug Manufacturer's Patient Assistance Programs.
Our services include:
Completing the initial applications for the patients.
Mailing the applications directly to the doctor's offices for completion.
Reviewing & mailing the completed applications, along with other required docs to the drug manufacturers.
Tracking applications & drug shipments
from the drug manufacturer's assistance programs.
Refilling & Re-enrolling the patients in each program, when it is time to do so.
