We specialize in drug rehabilitation and family restoration. Victory Outreach has been reaching families and individuals in the San Fernando Valley since 1975. Our youth ministry G.A.N.G. - God's Anointed Now Generation is a youth minister reaching youth at risk and young adults through services and programs designed just for them. Camping trips, conventions, conferences, concerts, missionary trips.
Victory Outreach San Fernando Valley has established churches in the South Pacific and here in the United States. Our Victory Outreach Recovery Homes have helped many men and women become drug free and are continuing to restore families and relationships.
We provide service such as Royal Rangers, G.A.N.G. Girls/National Girls Ministry, IGNITE Single's Services, Man and Woman's Ministry.
