T.C.A.R. is a non-profit, 501(c)3 no-kill rescue organization located in Vancouver, WA. We provide temporary shelter and medical care for abandoned, abused, neglected, orphaned and special needs animals until they are adopted into a loving permanent homes through our adoption program.
Our mission is to reduce the number of adoptable animals euthanized in overcrowded shelters and when possiable those running at large. Restore them to good health and through adoption, provide them permanent loving homes.
