Dr. Ingram is an adept grant writer trainer and coach. She is a member of the American Evaluation Association and the American Association of Grant Professionals. Dr. Ingram holds national certification as a grant professional from the Grant Professional Certification Institute, and as an administrator for federal grant programs by Manaement Concepts, Inc.
