About The Lighthouse for Recovery
Residential Housing program for the homeless, substance/drug abuse, domestic violence, veterans and prison re-entry.
The Lighthouse for Recovery is a tax-exempt not-for-profit residential housing program which serves all of Jefferson County and the state of Alabama. The Lighthouse for Recovery is a program that provides residential care which serves as a bridge between inpatient treatment and independent life in the community for substance abuse clients. The Lighthouse for Recoverys goal is to alleviate homelessness and provide drug and substance abuse diversion and intervention in Jefferson County and the state of Alabama by outreach within the community, providing a network of services and programs, through our efforts and outsourced agencies that serve our target population groups.
