I work best with home users and small businesses up to 20 computers. I focus on being professional, communicative, and looking at situations from my customers' points of view. One skill I have discovered I possess is getting people and computers working on the same level. This might mean changing the way a program works or suggesting a different program to meet a certain demand, or educating a user about how to accomplish something, but usually it's a combination of both. I understand that computers exist to make business and communication easier, and if they aren't doing that for you, something needs to change.
