Alcast Co. of Peoria, IL was founded in 1970 and is a TS 16949 registered aluminum foundry that produces high quality permanent castings with over 140,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
Our aluminum foundry produces very high integrity casting using its proprietary low pressure bottom fill electro magnetic permanent / semi permanent molding machines. These aluminum casting machines along with many of our shell core machines are constructed and maintained internally. This not only provides a low cost structure for our customers but also ensures that not only our castings are of extremely high quality, but so are the machines they are made on.
