About Alt IT Services
Personalized computer (Mac and PC) support for small business and residential users.
Alt IT Services supports computer users. It's a typical computer support shop in one sense - I do fix computers, set up networks, and all the other things typical computer shops do. But I offer more than that. I help people use their computers better, understand them, and hopefully enjoy them more. I help businesses understand their needs and find better ways to get things done.
I offer a personalized support experience that takes the person using the computer into consideration. I understand that everyone uses and understands their computers differently and should receive help accordingly.
My services include:
Mac and PC support - onsite, drop off, or remote support,
One on one customized training on most common PC and Mac OS's and software, and
IT Consultation for business.
