Metal Stampings: (Certified ISO 9001: 2008)
• Progressive die stampings, custom stampings, including steel, brass, aluminum, vulcanized fibre, copaco paper, copper, and stainless steel. We have over 16 presses from 27 tons to 176 tons. With over 70 years of experience in the business, We can handle small and high volume production runs.
Dies:
• Two engineers with over 60 years combined experience designing and building quality tools, dies and fixtures. We also repair, sharpen and modify existing dies to exact specifications.

Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)
• For prototype pieces, production items, damaged die sections, and inserting new features. ELOX Machine for blind holes and for extracting broken taps.

Water Jet
Water jet cutting allows the creation of prototype parts without the cost of tooling. This offers our customers:
o parts performance assessment
o flexibility of necessary changes before committing to hard tooling
o production items using almost any material imaginable
o prototypes (one piece to thousand of pieces)
o Steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, wood, glass, bullet resistant glass, granite, porcelain tile, plastic, and foam rubber.
