We will have a “hands-on†approach, and will initially be active in day-to-day operations working in concert with management teams, and add value by introducing our network of relationships in each field. Additional capital can be deployed to fund growth, acquisitions, and follow-on investments. We seek to realize significant capital appreciation by making controlling and non-controlling investments across the capital structure (equity, preferred, convertible securities, and various debt structures) on behalf of our investors including family offices and high net worth individuals. The term and exit strategy will differ for each investment, but the life of individual investments is generally anticipated to be three to five years.
