Turret Sleeving International has developed a process that can cure any problems with either your upper or lower turret. We can refurbish any or all of your stations in your upper-turret using a 20 year proven technic, that will not only bring it back to OEM, but also become a replaceable solution in the future.
The process involves boring out and installing hardened steel sleeves into your upper-turret with only a downtime of 2-3 days per machine and even less if you are only looking to do the outer track or even just a few stations.
It is a proven process with customers all over the world. Like Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and with customers all over Canada, Mexico and every State of the United States. We have over 90,000 sleeves installed.
