Cherie Brenner has been dealing with family issue for over twenty years. The Brenner Law Firm is a complete family law firm.
In dealing with the family, Ms. Brenner has handled cases involving criminal matters within the family, DUIs, Drugs, Theft and Domestic Violence to name a few. In the family law courts, she handles cases involving dissolution, legal separation, child custody, visitation, grandparent's rights, spousal and child's support as well as civil contempt and wage garnishments. No family situation is to big nor to small. When Ms. Brenner worked for the government she was awarded most trials won in a row. While studying for her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, she attended Harvard Law Schools negotiation and mediation program, earning her certication in that arena. She was a Professor teaching mediation as well as constitutional law. She is Not afraid to litigate if negotiations fails.
