Criminal duties included prosecution of felonies and misdemeanors, presiding as Chairman of the Washtenaw County Concealed Weapons Licensing Board, preparation of briefs and presentation of oral argument in cases appealed to Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court, and supervision of attorneys and staff assigned to 15th District Court.
Corporate duties included the drafting of contracts and agreements (including all documents related to the renovation and construction of the Washtenaw County Service Center), representation of County and County officials in civil actions, labor negotiations, researc
