About Light Meets Design
Custom, handmade luxury lamps by German designers
Light Meets Design, a luxury interior company, opened the doors of their SoHo-based showroom in November 2009. Fitz Lighting Manufacturers originated in Aachen, Germany over 25 years ago, doing business as Luxury Interior Germany, Inc. Their lighting products are custom handmade, using special technologies to provide optimal ambience in a home or office setting.
Each lamp is handmade to order with technical expertise and craftsmanship allowing your lighting experience to be customized to your individual preference. Lampshades and frames are available in an array of colors and materials. This includes, but not limited to, hand-blown glass, fine Italian ceramics, high quality wood and precious metals, silk and chintz.
