Fisher Company is the world leader in the technology & application of high build fluoropolymer coatings & linings. We developed these thick (> 40 mil) coatings decades ago (up to 120+ mils) & have applied them to thousands of tanks, vessels, pipes, mixers & a wide variety of other assorted large & small parts.
There are numerous advantages to our fluoropolymer coatings over other methods & processes. Powder coating provides a seamless bonded coating, where the typical sheet lining processes used in the industry result in weld seams, heat affected zones, or both. Fisher Company coatings are bonded to the substrate @ the tensile strength of the resin (4,000-5,000 psi) to avoid these problems.
