Custom injection molding, insert molding, and overmolding. Prototype, short to medium run injection molding volumes, with machines ranging from 40 to 300 ton capacity. Sub miniature parts including molded electrical connectors are our specialty. H & S Specialties Inc has CadKey Design Systems and can accept most customer files. Custom inventory programs are available to assist you with inventory control. Tooling is designed, built and maintained in house. Self-contained molds, which are built and maintained for each individual product or M.U.D. Style (Master Unit Die) molds with hardened cavity inserts are offered. Secondary operations, include threading, machining, drilling, solvent bonding, assembly, packaging and whitefilling.
