Like any strong family, Laser Ink began with two devoted, dedicated people. In 2003, Bill and Linda Watts combined their experiences to form Laser Ink. Laser Ink is not only a woman owned company but became the First woman owned “One Stop Shop†Office Supply Company in Idaho and surrounding states. Sharing a small office, Bill and Linda handled everything from taking phone order to packing and delivering supplies. With a singular focus on customer satisfaction, Laser Inks customer roster soon flourished, leading to explosive growth in services, employees and office space. Developments in a value added service: A Free Printer Service Program and more importantly a NEW Generic Cartridge that is equal to Brand New, led to more expansions.
