Chemical contract manufacturer specializing in reactions up to 575F. PI has 7 reactors on hot oil from 15 to 10,000 gallons.
Process Innovation and Pack Tech Solutions provide confidential and dedicated tolling services to customers. Our website, www.proinnovate.us provides much information about our capabilities. We have 4,000,000 BTU of Hot Oil that allows us th run reactions up 575F. We have refux and condensing capabilities which enable us to separate condensates allowning the higher boilers to reflux and taking off the low boilers. We make esters and polyesters, imids and imidazolenes, poly glycerines and phosphasions. We blend powders and can over spray liquid into powders during blending. We have 75 stainless steel storage tanks and truck scale on site. We have 7 clean rooms and make and package all types of consumer chemicals. We have 4 atmospheric blend tanks with large anchor agitators for blending viscous materials. We have shear mixers and a 10,000 pound per square inch homoginizer. We have 20,000 square feet of laboratory space, some is available for rent. Our total area is 170,000 SF
