Individual attention is guaranteed as there are only six private rooms, each with its own bathroom, in the lovely 1940s mansion which serves as the facility. The staff enjoys getting to know each resident and learning how to facilitate her unique interests and needs. Home cooked meals are prepared in a family style kitchen and dining room. Food restrictions and preferences are accommodated. There are two large living rooms, one with grand piano, and a wonderful deck and gardens. Bring your pet and your vehicle. Activities are geared to the resident's interest. Topsham is in midcoast Maine, next to Brunswick (Bowdoin College and the Maine State Music Theater), and within 25 miles of Portland.
