Imagine a town where feelings of confidence, hope and self-worth spring up in the hearts of its residents! People are employed, small businesses are developing, and tourism is blossoming. The Center for Christian Action is dedicated to make this vision a reality for the communities of Pocahontas, Boissevain and Abb's Valley... person by person, day by day. Through efforts in providing emergency assistance, teaching employable skills, encouraging wellness and preventative health care - just by being there with a helping hand when needed, the Center encourages folks to take control of their lives and to bring about wholesome change.
