FCA was organized as a direct response to the Attorney General's report encouraging law enforcement to collaborate with community service agencies, as a united effort moving toward reducing violent crimes incidences in gang inhabited communities, nationwide.
FCA Utilizes Mental Health Professionals and Volunteer Law Enforcement Officers in a two pronged approach to combat criminal behavior through the use of evidence based programs which include: A.S.P.I.R.E. Freedom, MTSTCIL, Alternative to Violence and Aggressive Replacement Training in order to achieve these goals. FCA provides group, Individual and family counseling as well as the volunteer Law Enforcement Officers Mentors as part of its counseling services.

Opening Hours
Office hours of Operation are M-F 9:00am - 6:00pm, Many goups, family and individual counselling sessions take place weekly and on Saturdays. Mentor Trips occur on Saturday, Sunday various days thruoughout the calendar year.
