About Caring Counseling
Mental health counseling for adults, adolescents, couples and families. Both in-office and online counseling are available.
HELPING YOU OVERCOME YOUR BARRIERS TO HAPPINESS: I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 30 years of experience, using a wide range of counseling techniques. I believe it's important to fit the counseling technique to the client's particular issues. I utilize a variety of therapeutic counseling techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), problem-solving therapy, interpersonal therapy and psychodynamic therapy. In addition, I stay current with continuing education.
My strongest assets as a therapist are the warmth, empathy and hopefulness I bring to the process. My clients know that I really care about them and they often respond by working hard to make changes in their lives. Even the teenagers I work with usually figure out that I want them to be happy.

I am willing to provide in-office counseling through the conventional lunch hours and do my best to accommodate my clients' work hours. Online counseling can be outside of regular office hours.
