JCHCS has the lowest rates in all surrounding countys, We service the following countys ( Highlands,Hillsborough, Manatee, Hardee,Polk) We have special low rates for VETERANS... JCHCS Companions are hired to go in the homes of clients and clean, cook, and be a companion to the client. In many cases the Companion will live with the client because of the risk of falling, or beacuse the clients family members just cant quit there jobs to take care of the client.Companions also take the clients to all appointments and then are able to update the family with all the notes from the doctor. The companion also will remind and supervise the client when to take their medications.

Services are offered 24 hours a day as a livein or 8 to 12 hours a day for hourly cases... Office hours are 7am to 9pm Seven days a week
