Founded in 1984, Foster Assessment Center & Testing Service, Inc., (FACTS) has since grown to be the largest vocational evaluation and assessment providers in California and has provided assessment services for over 200,000 individuals. FACTS' maintains a management strategy that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction as all of our centers are accredited and directed by CARF Accreditation Standards.
