Real estate promissory note finder
Hello Note Holder,
I can help arrange a lump sum for your real estate note. In order to facilitate, I will need the answers to approximately 18 questions about the note. When the required information is provided, the information will be submitted to a group of pre-screened promissory note buyers. The buyers use note grading and pricing guidelines to decide what the deal is, and whether it is viable for them to purchase.
You pay me nothing. My compensation comes via finder's fee agreement from the note buyer, whenever a deal is struck.
