Our insurance and self-insurance product portfolio includes a variety of group and non-group health plan options (HMO, POS and PPO, as well as Medicaid and Medicare Advantage plans) featuring flexible and innovative benefit designs. In addition, FCHP offers a Senior Care Options product, called NaviCare, for those age 65 and over in Worcester County who are enrolled in MassHealth Standard. We also offer a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly called Summit ElderCare.
Our HMO provider network offers over 24,000 doctors across Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire and our PPO offers 600,000 providers nationwide.
