In 2007 I opened my American Family Insurance office, located at 31653 Pacific Hwy S., in Federal Way. I started with three employees, but now have six licensed assistants, including two who are bilingual in Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish.
Connecting with people and listening to their needs is primary at our agency. We are steeped in personal relationship-building, which is why most of our business comes from customer and mortgage company referrals.
Customer education is also important. Through personal insurance reviews , we meet with people to review their insurance coverages, such as home owner, auto and life. Armed with knowledge, the customer can make informed decisions regarding their insurance choices.
