Contract Surety Bond Specialist for the Construction Industry
PCL was established by Pauline and Clem Lesch in 1985 to specialize in Surety Bonding for the construction industry. Today we represent several hundred contractors in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. While our clients are all based in Texas they do work all over the United States and sometimes in other countries.
We do business with over a dozen sureties. From the largest surety in the country down to the smaller regional sureties we will find the surety that matches your operation best. We only use sureties that are rated A- (excellent) and higher by A.M. Best.
We are also very active in many construction related associations such as AGC, ABC, TEXO, ASA, SAM, IEC, AIC, CFMA, NASBP, DSA so that we are always up to date on what is happening in the construction industry.
