About Great House Design
Custom design services, providing code-compliant CAD plans for homes, remodels, additions, small commercial, outbuildings, and other structures.
I have been designing homes and a variety of buildings in the NW since 1976, in Eugene, OR since 1990, and as Great House Design since 1990. I have worked with dozens of contractors to provide professional results for our satisfied clients.
My CAD (computer-aided drafting) plans are guaranteed code-compliant, builder-friendly and delivered in a timely manner. I coordinate all necessary professional structural engineering, site issues, roof truss engineering, city and county building permit staff and contractors as necessary.
I work closely with my clients as we co-design their project and gladly incorporate any and all revisions they may want, while providing insights and suggestions from my experience as a personal building designer.
