With my background in house design, I work with buyers to visualize the hidden potential in property, seeing how the house fits their criteria or can be changed to meet those needs. Once a house is chosen, our experienced Realtor and Real Estate Attorney negotiates the offer. This team approach utilizes the expertise of each of it's team members ensuring the most representation and protection for today's Buyer. After closing, if you want to make changes to the existing floor plan, I will design and draw plans from which the contractor will estimate and build. Complete package from beginning to end.
