Nalls Develoment and Investment is a privately-owned company, that acquires, renovates, and manages multi-family residential properties in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. We specialize in providing decent housing to working class familes and consider ourselves as members of the community, too. We don't just work here - we live here.
Affordable housing is becoming one of the major budget requirements of families who work, attend church and school in the city. Rents are outpacing incomes, in many areas. As such, we consider ourselves partners with our tenants in keeping costs as low as possible. We don't scrimp, but conscienously try to keep utility costs to a minimum as well as the other costs of ownership so we don't have to pass those on as rent increases.
