I have started a company to assist Denver businesses with their Hazardous Materials Inventory Statement (HMIS) and related documentation.
I worked at the Denver Fire Department for over three years. I reviewed the submitted HMIS documents for accuracy and completeness before sending them on to the HazMat Section for processing.
Businesses new to Denver must submit HMIS forms in order to obtain their Certificate of Occupancy from the Denver Fire Department. Additionally, some existing businesses in Denver must submit HMIS forms annually.
I will collaborate with principles of the company in order to complete the forms with the required information.
