Circle of neighbors is a 25 year old national community service organization that provides college consulting services and assistance in obtaining endowment funding for college. Consulting services include career exploration, college selection, application techniques, help with financial aid forms, college funding negotiation, and more. They are made up primarily of volunteer college planners and provide personal college coaching to families. Income and assets are not considered in order to qualify to participate.
