Charles Thomas, the President of L & C Management, Inc is in his 13th year managing the development and construction of sizable realestate projects and tenant improvement projects. Charles Thomas graduated from Henry Clay High School in 1985 and went on to attend Spartan school of Aeronautics where he was certified in Non Destructing testing of construction and manufacturing materials in 1996. He is a certified Construction Manager thru Eastern Kentucky University and the Uinversity of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics. Mr. Thomas also specializes in Government Relations and Business Development. L & C Management is a certified DBE business in Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Maryland, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
