About Business & Entrepreneurship Center at Kern Community College District
The BEC program is an initiative to meet California's economic development needs in the areas of business improvement and entrepreneurship training.
The BEC, an initiative of the Economic and Workforce Development Program through the California Community Colleges, works with private, public and nonprofit resources to build strong, sustainable and successful businesses.
