Our customer service department is much more that that. The guys who answer our phones, Scott and Matt, are lifelong wheel and tire guys.
Short story: a customer tried to buy some wheels from bestchromerims.com, I mean he actually purchased from site before even talking to anyone at our store. Well, after Matt discovered that the wheels would not work on this gentleman's truck, he informed him that we couldn't sell him the wheels since it would waste his time(and ours, of course) Well, after finally getting a "partial" refund from the website that irresponsibly sold him the wheels, he bought from us!(these rims worked!)
We have very few returns, since we don't allow people to make mistakes in purchasing. Also, the price you see is the price you pay. No extra charges hiding anywhere!
