Haulin' Tail operates on old fashioned customer service. Each and every customer is treated as though they are the only customer. Haulin' Tail works for the customer and negoitates with the drivers to offer the cust omer the best possible rate. Haulin' Tail will meet or beat other quotes within reason according to the current market rates. Each and every load is monitored from the time of loading until the delivery and the customer is notified with status updates.
