My background is in mental health nursing and I now work as a Life Coach with an emphasis on Spiritual Growth for the individual to create life from.
I work with individuals who want to grow and expand who they are in their personal or professional lives. This work means that the person has to get to know themselves and link with God in a way that awakens them to the powers of love, compassion, enthusiasm etc. Without these characteristics that are energetic and have the power to transform our lives we are merely manipulating our thoughts. My work takes spiritual committment and that means a deepening of their faith and religion or finding a Spiritual Master to begin the inner work. You will find that your life will change and that you will open up to new possibilities and old modes of operation will fall away. Meditation and vegetarian diet are two components that I require to commit to as well as regular homework assignments.
