Working intuitively with horses and learning what they are listening for within their herd or human leader, we practice how to be better leaders for the horse, ourselves and others. What the leader learns about herself in a 10 minute exercise with the horse lasts a lifetime, an epiphany on the pathway of a core shift in being that applies to all domains in life and work:
