I am a Certified Life Coach who works with you in a co-creative relationship. I am the person you can talk to and trust, to help you get started and acheive your goals. In the past only celebrities and business tycoons had personal coaches. Having a personal life coach is affordable if you are willing to budget for it, after all they is no monetary value you can put on your health and wellness.
I am not a doctor,counselor,consultant , or therapist. I am a Spiritual Health & Wellness Life Coach. I am devoted to improving the overall physical well-being of each individual client by instructing, encouraging,helping,and holding the client accountable as he/she achieves their health goals. It is tough to do it alone and now you do not have to.
