Our Goal: To help those that have lost a loved one clean out the estate/home of said loved one. Whether you live in the area or out of state, this task can be both emotional as well as impossible if you cannot take off work. For some, as long as the possessions remain in the apartment, condo or home, you are paying the rent. We at EAC can help. Probate Attorneys: The same. Landlords: to clean up and prepare the rental for new renters. Banks and Realtors: to Clean out and prepare the home for a new Buyer.No job is too small. From helping you clean out the closets to cleaning out a home. Facilitating Donations, removing junk/trash, minor repairs, painting, etc. If there are repairs we cannot do ourselves, we facilitate to those that can at the best prices i.e. Electricians, Plumbers, etc.
